Interview With Felix Kroecher

Voted ‘Raveline’ Magazine’s No 1 DJ 2007 in Germany, as well as having over sixty releases to his name, Felix Kroecher’s name is synonymous with the sound of techno. Mark EG manages to grab a few words with the master.

1) So what have you been up to recently?

Well the summer festival season is (unfortunately) now over. This took up most of my time during the last few months. Furthermore I recently became a daddy and am very proud of my little Lilli :)

2) What artists and labels are exciting you right now?

Especially Raudive, Radioslave, Phil Kieran and Len Faki. Their productions are just pure Techno and work everywhere. But also Timo Maas newest "Subtellite" is an amazing bomb - I play it everywhere !!

3) What can we expect from you in the next few months?

Alot I hope :) Finally I've found more time to spend in the studio, working on some new productions. Then some Asia tours (Korea, Indonesia & Japan) are upcoming and we also record the international gigs for a new DVD (expected in spring 2009).
