For those that don’t know, Agaric is super talented long-term techno producer Patrik Skoog. Many will remember him from his project Headroom and countless releases on labels such as Compound and Planet Rhythm back in the day. But a few years ago he unexpectedly changed direction to the more minimal sound, pursuing his then newly created Agaric pseudonym. This is his most recent release and after hearing it, you’re left in no doubt that Patrik is still producing some of the best music techno has to offer. ‘Zang’ is the main track here, with a sax sound that reaches out deep into your mind.
