cool programs not for mac

i'm in the process of putting together a pc for audio and using my mac for graphics only.. i was wondering what are some of the coolest programs/plugs for pc that arent on mac? fruity loops and more choice in wav editors are my top reasons.. what else is out there?

i think cakewalk´s sonar is only for pc.
