KAI TRACID/HARD+UPLIFTING....IS IT DEAD?

I personaly think Kai Tracid is a fantastic producer,but not alot of people really Rate him any more why?
His tune Trance +Acid is probaly one of my favourite tunes if not my favourite,4 Just 1 day rox,ESPECIALLY the Derb mix...wow.
With people in this scene pushing towards Hardstyle stuff,are we leaving behined hard trance? I say im a hard trance DJ, I av got some hardstyle stuff but I call this Hard trance,Is no one producing Uplifting stuff anymore? Is it getting to old fashioned?
I really rate Tracid Traxx, but still people say "Tracid Traxx are in the past now,not as good anymore" Im sorry but BOLLOX to that!
I like to play Hard,but also uplifting,Is this style dated?
Tell me what you guys think.....

wow indeeeed, i think kai tracid is still rockin! the sound is nice and uplifting and still hard, especially with rmxs like the derb one.

Im definetly pushing towards hardstyle, but i aint leaving none of that hard trance behind, in the mixs i do now i try and cram in all in, whatever fits, what ever sounds good!
I dont think uplifting trance is getting old fashioned, i think its because it has been around for a long time and hardstyle is fairly new ( i say fairly new but i dont really know when it started). I still buy uplifting stuff when its out there. But i know what you mean, i cant find much of it at the moment.

I think of hardstyle as hard trance only its from Italy. Its the same speed, fits well and sounds crap if you play too much of it. Much like trance you need more variation in your sets than just uplifting tune uplifting tune uplifting tune.

yeh the original isnt really my cup of tea, i can see how ppl would like this track but i just wouldnt buy it, im not into uplifting trance as much, id rather spend my money on harder shit. but if theres an uplifting tune that i really like then ill buy it, like 4 just one day original.

I'm also a big fan of Kai Tracid/Tracid Traxxx.
I still class Hardstyle as Hard trance. To me, i just think of Hardstyle as another angle to the scene - which is good.
Personally, the TRUE Bangin' German Trance sound is better than anything in the world. Nothing can compare to it. But its good we have this variety from The Italians and now Dutch. Cos we a few years ago it was all German.
The thing about the Uplifting stuff, its just labels like Tracid Traxx etc etc etc etc etc haven't been producing as much. Also they had that phase of producing quite light stuff and somewhat commercial.
I.E - Hennes and Cold - 'Get Down' Angel of Death - 'Angels Return' etc etc etc etc etc ........i'll not go on or i'll be hear all day!!
