Logic and Waves Bundle don`t mix!

I`m using Logic 5.5.1 and for some reason as soon as i install Waves Dimond Bundle, Logic gets half way through loading up and then just crashes. Take Waves off and it works again. Have used Ver`s - 5.0, 5.5 aswell but no joy.

Please sombody put the joy back in my life!!!
