For example, Casper, Karim, trauma, some of Kampains stuff etc.

Oh rite, I get confused as to what is actually what haha. Most the stuff I play I wouldnt class as hardhouse as such (although I do play some hardhouse) but its allot darker and nastier.

as i said a few ppl on here class nrg as hardhouse but to me it has lots of trancy rifts in.

NRG is just another variation of hardhouse these days.

i think it used to be an offshoot of acid techno years and years back, but now its produced by pretty much the same producers that do hardtrance/hardhouse

some of it can sound hardtrancy, but most of it isnt trancy in the slightest imo. take these for example:
karim - demonik
captain tinrib & karim - i've got ya

casper - just like dynamite

Yeah it is mate. Started off with abit of hard techno then progressed to what id call Hard NRG.

Whats your opinion of the style ? Would be interested to know.

Oh and wellington, near telford ? my mate used to live there before she moved to leeds. Nice little place. Love TFC there.
