this is a huge huge blow to the uk hard trance sound. the biggest ever probably. alpha were the ones keeping the hard edged melodic sound going. oh god this is going to be a crazy time for music.

nah it won't be that bad i don't reckon, other distributors and that will jump at the artists on alpha's labels...
i know that jon's already sussed homes for future alpha tracks...

but still, the sheer volume of releases will be hugely reduced :doh:
Can someone Explain to me what A distrubutor Like Alpha excatly do , im unsure??

distributer's get the tunes to all the various shops - most also own a label or several!
broadly put they are like the middle men between artist and consumer...

So many good labels are now no longer going to be churning out wicked tunes.
