ive been put into the emporium dj competition held by smirnoff ice.
i need some help.
im playing my usual techno sytlee there.
ive got a efx 500 and i know that the heat im in they have a djm 600 - i know they have pretty much all the fx as the efx 500.
ive lent my mates djm 600 and im trying to do my usual trick of slapping on the echno to 1/2 and keep cutting it out so it echos away.
the only way i can do this on the 600 is to flick to phono/line switch, from phone to line (effectly killing the sound and letting it fall away.)
is there any other way of doing it i was used to doing it with my mixer by knocking the fader to the other side and it echoed out. as u can see its very different and no as responsive cus i could pull off sum crazy ehco/delya tricks with the efx 500.
any help?
