hi

im trying to record a 3 turntable set in my flat here. Because of the lack of space here in Hong Kong ive had to place my decks in the living room, but my mini-studio in my own room. Since i dont know too much about wires and ins/outs, i was wondering what cables do i need to hook up my MOTU828 to my DJM600 and where do i hook the ins/outs to? Also is there such a thing as a 50 feet cable that is willing to do the job? Ive dreaded asking this quewstion for months cause ive been procrastinating but i havent recorded a set, or sampled any vinyl in months.

Im using SoundForge by the way

thanks

get yourself a long phono lead - if you cant find one in a hifi shop look in a car audio shop as longies are often used to take audio from a head unit to an amp. If it still aint long enough get a femal/female adaptor to link 2 togethor.
Then get yourself 2x phono to 1/4" jack adaptors and whack em into input 1 & 2 on yer 828.. piss easy mate!
