its the 2nd from last (or last - cant remember rightly now) that misstress barbara played in the techno tent at global gathering 04

i'm not sure how much of this is the tune and how much is misstress barbara's DJing:

it had a real evil acid line in the break (i'm sure i've hread that exact same break in a hardhouse tune, but it was probably knicked from this tune). it had a breakbeat bit in it as well.

It was'nt that 'Egyptian Empire' - 'The Horn Track' was it!!!

Or was that the last tune she played??

:eh:

Im not too sure really, she was spot on anyhow.

i'm pretty sure one of picottos tracks from 'code breaker ep' forget the name of the track mind, but its the trancy one (excluding 'new time new place') and 'murder was the bass' was in the last 3 tunes she played

i wasnt soo keen on her set 2 be honnest, but this one track she played stuck out

she was probably best of a really bad bunch was barbara. although michel de hey needs a good mention for his early warm up set which was bang on the mark.

fair play to babs she got the crowd goin and was very energetic and played the all the right anthems for a end of night techno set.

amazingly someone else was chatting about this tune on another baord i chat on (amazingly because they tend to listen to hardhouse more than anything  )

one of them is going to wizz me a mp3 of it. not ideal i know (seeming as i dont have final scratch or CD decks), but atleast i have a copy
