As this is very important in Hardstyle...

What Hardstyle label, on the whole, consistanly produced the best-sounding 'Kick & Bass'?

Any thoughts?

Yeah mate, some of my Fav's are:

Brain Ovulation "Kick & Bass"
Brain Ovulation "Only Kick" (This has some very nice Gabba Kicks)
Hatshepshut "Kick Your Bass"
Fliegenpilz "Unmoglich"

To be honest you cant really go wrong with the label in general. I prefer the more Warped/Solid Kick & Bass rather than bouncy Basslines.

A good Bassline is the one in "Cocaine MF" The first kick in that, that is a good example what i look for. But i dont like the boucny bassline what kick in about half way through "Cocaine MF"

sys-x for me, are far and away leaders of the hardstyle sound at the mo, always something mega hard, pretty unique and down right nasty, kick and bass in them are imense, edge of darkness, bombs away, and the new, cant mind its name.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Yummy in my tummy.

Notice how they have only had 4 or so releases on SYS-X? But all are the proper shit! Great technique, good ideas and fantastic sound.

Take Dance Pollution, a Million releases... and probably not one in the league of quality that SYS-X are releasing at.
