This week sees two of the finest DJs from outside The Pale coming up to the
big smoke for an action packed night of house & techno. First up from the
fields of Westmeath comes Farmer Tayor. A founding father of the Bodytonic
Co-Op, this will be Tayors first time to plough the Electric City
dancefloor. Currently on a nationwide tour [with support from Linda Martin &
Chips!] promoting his new mix CD 'The Greenhouse Effect' Volume 2 to
universal acclaim, we are very much looking forward to hearing him spin his
wares.
Following on from Tayor is Limerick man Niall Bourke. While now a rare
visitor to the capital, Niall's DJ sets regularly frequented Dublin's techno
scene some years ago. During that time & back in The Kitchen hey-day, he
warmed up for some of techno's hierarchy such as Sven [rhymes with 'mate', i
tell you] Vath, DJ Rush & Surgeon. Nowadays you can hear him play at the
Streetlife parties in Limerick.
