Rite this man has been talked aboot so many times, but i have one gripe wi this guy.

His tunes are well too long and drawn out (even tho most are master pieces).. sometimes just take too long to hit any real power when playin them out, and unless u are in a mega club all that holding back can get boring for clubbers, is this kind of arrangment what we should see less off in club tracks?

I heard some of jims (Jay m) really old stuff on bonzai and loads of labels i dont even know, and there breakdowns where a lot shorter (if there was even a break) and that imo made them more clubber friendly, a lot more stomp, less of the 3 min euphoric breakdown.

Wats ur thoughts?

Yeah see what your saying Paul, Exertion takes ages before it drops into that bassline...but then it is for Plastic Angel...

Rock is good, nice and pumping so it keeps you interested...

a goddamn genius IMO...

yer he's da man... some of his tracks are quite drawn out, but theyre for certain points in the evening imo.

It would be good to hear something like his old arc in the sky tracks though, like the one on kompressed thats a proper dancefloor track...

He's a legend

Yeah I see what you mean. I've been listening to his mix of Talla 2XLC feat. Ely - The Air That I Breath. Lovely trance, but it seems to take a long time for the track to progress and your attention can waver.

yeah dont get me wrong here, he is amazin as ive stated before, but i was more looking for ur opinions on the length and arrangement of the tracks,

baptismo, ur rite enough they are for certain parts of the nite... but how many clubs in the uk will allow for that time to come unless its gods or summit?

How many other people write trance the way Morph does??

So many people rate his tracks, so in theory, he must be doing something right!!

Your just an impatient, fussy, scottish git!

Mate, i rate his tracks as much as anyone, his tracks are so powerful once they break down, u want to play them later in a set, but they take too long to get there in some of them ie the Exertion, im not avin a go just seein wat opions are on the length of the track.

But really Robert Gitelman does so in a similer way, mike can at times, airwave etc... can all do tracks who are spread out in a similer style.
