There were some positive happenings in the last few months: Mental Breakdown (being run by Timo A. Hummel) is now distributed exclusively via CPL Distribution GmbH (the successor of Prime UK).
The flip side artwork of the first release was made by Gunter Grimm, the famous artist who created the unique comic series "Bender's Weekly", well known in the Counter-Strike community. You can find out more about bender and his comics on cs-comics.de (http://www.cs-comics.de)
Finally, all previews from all 4 tracks are online, as well as the whole tracks in low quality.
