Not sure if i prefer urban yoots os the rudie chav variety to the influx of South African rugby types, who certainly can't hold as much beer as they drink and only warm clothes seem to be rugby shirts. So consider the alternatives... something rather nice to have drum&bass banging out compared to weak geetar pop and soul anthems.

high rating of erdington???????????????????

thats the first i've heard. i have been there once and chose to keep well away, not from violence, just from depressing omnipresent-chav-ness.

Not sure how this got onto nu-metal (other than the Sabbath of course being famous Brummies). But anyway, I live in Stirchley and it's great. Moved from Moseley after 33 years cos i was getting sick of too many pretentious arty twats and too many shirt boys in for the night in the pub theme park that is now Moseley Village.
Oh yeah, and Bev Bevan used to live up the road from me (I delivered his papers)

SLayer were touring with slipknot. I heard they were playing early on all their summer dates so they could do a great show and then go get pissed.

BTW I'm going to Birmingham In january to see PWEI with a few mates from Dublin, is there any clubs/pubs you'd recommend?(Iknow its only november)

Cheers

Daire
