not only a bit cheeky, but could get us into a great deal of trouble with the artists concerned, if they think it was something to do with us.

i cant find the listing you are talking about though, can you point me in the right direction?

thats well dodgy - if it's true I'd complain to ebay and they should get rid of the advert...

I found out about someone selling Pure Filth sets on CD of liberator and DTD on ebay for a fiver a time a while back.

Ebay were less than helpful to be honest. Although they don't allow listings of "bootleg recordings of live music performances" they just seemed to end up subjecting me to the spanish inquisition of how I knew it was a bootleg... Don't think they ever took them down in the end.

Really pissed me off at the time, especially as the first I heard about it was when a friend emailed me asking if I'd started selling mix sets.

The guy actually says they are mixed by himself but its still a bit cheeky making money without licensing the tunes.

he must have changed the posting then because it definately said Trube of Munt. Anyway now they are no longer for sale.

I think he did change the text as the cds were still called stay munted forever.

Here is an example of what he already sold grumble

i got an email from him this morning. he claims that the mixes are all his own work, and that he aquired our 'stay munted forever' flyer design from an online image search engine, not knowing that it belonged to us. he seemed genuinely apologetic over the misunderstanding that this had caused, but im highly skeptical of his story. that flyer design is not indexed by google.
