they'll be numerous free parties on - check out www.squatjuice.com, most systems in Bucks/Beds/Berks/Herts play hardstyle / hard trance (dont go London if you want anything other then techno really...)
think there is a Project Storm in December (normally last Sat of every month), that's in Oxford.
