errr.....what is it?

I can automate shit, but it doesnt tell me the controller nos
and ive got this oxygen 8 thing - it seems silly not to use the knobs on it

Depends on what u r automating..

If its midi... just go 2 the Key Editor (piano roll) click in controllers and if u've recorded any controllers into that part then a * will b showing on the controllers list, right next 2 the CC u've just recorded...

If it is track or mix automation .. click on the + tabs for the respective tabs.. it should appear ... can remember right now but it should b fairly easy 2 find out what u've automated and the re-edit...


If u R talking about finding CC for certain VST Is U should either look in its manual or just record automation. This actually a suggestion I've made 2 steinberg... having a Midi Detection page... so u can check any type of Midi data coming in or out of SX...
