Hardstyle Stabs, Samples and Fx

I'm after some filthy sharp / detuned stabs, screech presets to have a look how they're made. Does anyone have any presets they've got for any of the following:

Z3Ta, Albino 2, Vanguard, FM7 or Pro53

Or know how to get a good punchy twisted synth sound? Even guidelines for levels would be appreciated! I've made all sorts of sounds but never got the sound I've been after... maybe I'm using the wrong synths..?

ok here is how i start with a big lead for hardstyle from pro 53
find the preset called the mega dance ;)
then turn the voices up to about 15 + then u want to turn the glide all the way to the left and the anolog all the way to the right ;)
by now u should have a basic sound to work from add a destortion plug in like quadrafuzz and play with the filter on pro 53 and u can tune it to the note u want with the freqencey knobs :twisted: then some nice eq and u should end up with something like this http://hometown.aol.co.uk/VaughJm8/ruff+synth.mp3 see what u can do man :crackup:

but then again in hardstyle most producers just sample stabs off other tracks and seqence them :doh: its one way of doing it :lol:

I know but you really limit yourself with stuff like that! Tried it before. That synth sounds good mate! Nice one. I'll try the same on a few other synths see what I can do ;) Nice one fella!

With Fm7 I usually use quadrofuzz distortion but use the same instrument twice and put different distortions effects on the first one i'll use extra top on one and on the other either bright notes or sulking rhythm effect
works out quite nice with a nice reverb effect.

Tom sent you a demo, some of the production on there will give you a clue what I mean, by the way have you listened to it yet
