For those that don't know, The Palace in Bridgewater is an old cinema transformed into a 900 capacity club with a near brand new custom built Thunderidge sound system. The only way to describe the layout of this club is that it's like a smaller version of th Opera House in Bournemouth!! So those of you that have had enough of playin connect 4 with ya gran and watched The Snowman on telly for the 1000th time come along to this. It should be proper bo!!!! ;)

Hello Mark buddy sorry you couldn't make it down on friday, you missed a good night (just to rub it in!) Producer was wicked played some mental tunes!!! I got a copy of his new album off of him and it's seriously heavy!!! Well worth a listen!

Wow! This club is amazing!

I got lost on a few occasions through the endless mazes of corridors, stairs, balcony's and shit!! :lol:

I really, really like this club and it has the potential to really open up new era of bigger underground clubbing in the south west!

Shame there's quite a few cockhead's in the Bridgwater area but never mind, good too see all those who made the effort to get to this!

Will defo try to get to the next ones... :clap:

Yeah it was a good night monday, absolutely heaving with people, good to see a few of you, corbz, swannie, carl, toby etc! ;)
At one point i had to pinch myself, was i really hearing techno in the main room at palace? :lol: Well done mark e.g for playing twenty five minutes of quality techno! And toby for playing a few bits! Also good set by emence, only caught 20 min's but rockin as allways! :clap:

I really wasnt expecting the club to be as big as it was, that main room is wicked with all the lasers and visuals etc. Your right though corbz it was a right maze, i left the back room to go downstairs and ended up back where i started a few times :lol: :doh:

The back room was pretty rockin as well wen it filled up. Cant wait for the next one :twisted:

Only drawback was all the twats but thats to be expected in a big place like that in the town centre :lol: Suprised more events havent been held there before :eh:

The owners of the club make a load of money opening up friday and saturday to all the piss heads listening to chart crap! That's why firewall was on a bank holiday monday, and apparently that's all it's ever going to be aloud hence the next one being easter bank holiday! It's stupid really, because it's such a good club they should let different promoters hold different nights in there every other friday or saturday! That'd be cool and would put THE PALACE and BRIDGWATER on the clubbing map! :rambo:

I had a great night!!! Good to see so many people out on a monday (600+) and the club looked amaizing with all the extra visuals!! Like everyone said, there was a few tossers there, but if you just ignored them it was excellent!!! :cool:

(p.s. filth infatuated back room sounds like a good idea, i'll put it forward!!)

Cos I was stood in that little incove by the door you exit out of, and somehow I got bundled out with a load of chav's that were blocking the exit, I didn't know where the **** I was either!! I almost ended up getting lost in Bridgy!!! Managed to find the car park and hamish and bobby fortunately!!
