Lenny dee Hard-trance played tune id needed

This 1 lenny dee played on a mix tape i got that was recorded in dublin 2003. This was the last tune on the tape and had sirens throo it and could be classed as a hard trancer. Has an electro bassline and vocals in it saying-

"Do not use where they may be a large concentration of flammable or explosive gasses"

Any1 no this??
