Does anyone know why I suddenly cant listen to any samples on the site, seems to be since they updated it. An i keep getting a message up to install flashplayer which ihave done but i still keep getting the message whenever i go on.

Can anyone help? :cry:

ordered sum tunes on tuesday from em an ive not heard a thing from them :eh: i normally get 2 emails (1 comfirming the order / 1 saying theyve been sent) normally i never have problems wiv em but this is wierd an i jus hope th tunes turn up now :neutral:

Check ur bank and see if the moneys came out.

nah it came yesterday but not with the post as normal :roll: so ive jus had to walk a couple of miles to get it :evil:

My tunes never turned up either this week. But at the same time my flatmate mentioned that on saturday he'd got a note to pick something up from the Post Office.

Russ gave us the tracking number for the package for me to get the tunes from there. But then this morning my flatmate went down to get his package, rang me half hour later pissed off cos the package was my records but the muppet of a postman had put his name on the slip. I wanted those for last tuesday too when I was playing :rambo:

1) Firstly we now have all our samples in MP3 for all of you who have problems with Real Audio, just select MP3 from our drop down audio menu. Update your real player to the latest one from the link on our info page, this sorts your real audio problem.

2) All order of 7+ vinyls are dispatched Royal Mail Special Delivery, so you will get your orders next day guarented. We get every order sent out even if one comes in 2 mins before the post pick up comes.

If we dont send an order, you would have got an email & a letter. People are frequrntly ordering when they dont have money or cant type thie card details correct.

Always get back to us within 2 working days if you dont receive your order as we can give you a tracking number to go to the post office! Everything is sent recorded delivery.

If an order go's missing in the post, its simple we just resend the order....

I AINT HAD ANY PROBS ON THE SITE TBH.

THE SITE IS A BIT SLOW THOUGH , I GOT 2MG BROADBAND AND ITS STILL SLOW ON BUFFERING ETC.
