Can anyone tell me if the junglist synth plugin is much different/better then the Hydra upgrade?

Or is the hydra actually a better upgrade?
Can't find the junglist plug anywhere (maybe a link anyone?) and like to hear the difference..

grtz

I think the junglist and the Hydra are the same synth .. and also I think junglists was free during its beta versions which turned out to be Hydra.

Nice synth for bass BTW :)

yeah, the hydra isnt too bad of a synth, you can get some nice sounds out of it also, but i havent used much of it lately

For basslines the Junglist was unbeatable,. The bass saturation section was luvverly, and the oscillators went a lot lower than most VST`s

The hydra has an extra oscillator (so now you have 3)
as well as tweaked features.
So yes, it is better.
Personally I think it is worth it, for the bass power alone.
Rich, smooth, deep and full analogue sounding bass.
It also does good lush pads.

I also use the Hydra.
I think it´s excellent for hard stabs and chords, and ofcourse the subs!
