It's time we did a release for forum members. What are your fave tracks posted in the last few months that haven't been released??!!! Please let me know. Meanwhile lemme check through some of this forum's posts!

Let me know your faves ppl.... Perhaps we can get some nice RMX's done. Or even just a straight release from unsigned artists. I really would love to do a 'Unsigned EP' or summit really giving ppl a chance to get their shit on vinyl.

Tell me what you think!!

There's enough good stuff on here to warrant a BOA forum Label. Too many to choose from really.

That is a ****ing great idea actually. There have been some mental tracks posted here.

I think Dirty Bass should be given a slice, and Patrick DSP? And who was that Surfaceremix138.mp3 track by again?

Yeah man .... great Id.... only problem will be selecting the tunes coz there are so many of em.... and most of the links are already down...

Maybe start up some kind of competion that always helps people produce some quality shit..!!

I think there are 2 problems with a competition......

Firstly deciding which of you r tracks is the best.........

And secondly getting enough people to actually vote based on the tune not how many posts the producer has made on the forum.......

But here's a link:

Or right click here to save as:
oops nearly forgot that link would be censored! (http://members.lycos.co.uk/procreate/pigeon-****er_unknown-angel.mp3)

If they are unsigned artists, give them a slice!

a competition is a bad idea, some people may simply not have the time and get to miss out, plus as Ritzi said, i think it wud be alot nicer to give the people who dont have anything up coming the first shot at the prize as it were, and maybe introduce some of the more experienced bods into the next one, maybe some remixes etc etc?

still a corking idea tho

If the tracks are up to BLACKOUT AUDIO standards I say give them a slice. Regardless if they are signed or not they are talents here and they are part of the community of Blackout Audio. Of course the unsigned artists need to shine, but also if you deserve a release on the label. The track should really come with it. There are some people who belong to this forum and are signed, who um. Shouldn't be?

2 Sam.
I'm just projecting my thoughts on Mark's suggestions. ;)

And ofcourse it's a great way to expose these unsinged tracks with remixes by the signed boys.

fantastic idea mark.

i do think it would be more generous to make this exclusive to unsigned artists (if they are to the high standards set by blackout audio) as they could probably use the foot in the door, however even an open competition is a grand gesture
