Hi ppl, ive got a bit of a problem with with my set up in the studio & wondering if anyone cud help?

The problem is i have a high level of feedback/crackling/harddrive noize comin out of the speakers when i start cubase/soundforge, ive recently rewired the whole studio, separating all the power and audio cables to try n fix the problem n it aint worked, i have a delta 10/10 sound card, is it a setting in the sound card? is there a certain way of where to place the soundcard in the computer? is there anything you can put ur harddrive cable through to reduce the noize level?
any ideas/recommendation wud be much appreciated ;)
