Thanks to everyone who came along last week for our busiest night of the
year so far. Great sets were played by all our DJ's and you will be hearing
more from OisÃ*n, Jay and Barry over the coming months. This Thursday sees
Louis Osbourne grace the EC decks for the third time. Now a resident of
Wicklow, Louis last played the club in October 2004 when he opened for John
Acquaviva with a sublime set of minimal house and techno. This time he will
rocking the dance floor for the closing set with cuts from the likes of Ben
Sims, Makaton and Surgeon.
Playing before Louis we have Electric City stalwart Eddie Brennan. E-D-D-I-E
had a full dance floor constantly shouting his name during his superb warm
up set for Kailf last November. Eddie is guaranteed to deliver another
quality support set of deep techno from producers such as Alex
Smoke, Mathew Jonson and Ricardo Villalobos.
Spinning the tunes for the opening hour will be EC FM resident disc jockey
Dan 'Da Man' Power. Dan will be getting deep, down and dirty on you with a
righteous selection of Detroit house music from the brothers Theo, Kenny and
Omar.
