***PRESS RELEASE***
Introducing new resident
DJ BONE

''(Underground) is basically being able to choose for yourself what you enjoy, not having it forced on you, not being fooled, swindled into believing something. That's hype, not talent. Underground has talent. Underground can move in mysterious ways and still get the job done, even more so than someone (in the mainstream). It's covert ’it's not to be seen ’it's not for everyone to put a face on it and market it to the masses. Being in a magazine every month, every week ... and being just "entertainment" and not being there for a purpose ... that's not underground." DJ Bone

DJ Bone, although now based in LA, is one of Detroits most coveted underground vinyl technicians. This very talented and highly sought after Artist plays events and clubs worldwide, has held a residency position at four of Detroit’ top clubs and produces music inspired by the city in which he lived in, Detroit. His record labels Subject Detroit and Encounter are futuristic and unearthly while still displaying the true essence of Detroits Techno Soul.

Bones ‘Longevity EP’ was put at No1 in Dave Clarkes Sep 2004 chart -
1)DJ Bone "Longevity" (Subject Detroit) “Unbelievable back to roots emotive 313 techno, this is outstanding.. no really. This makes life as a DJ inspiring, exciting. Thanks Mr Bone for sharing the faith” Dave Clarke.

The DJs DJ has taken up a residency at Voodoo commencing 28th May 2005. Bone will be inviting special guests to perform alongside him at his 4 to 6 Dates at Voodoo over the year including some special label events and surprises to come.
