First up - cheers to everyone who came down to celebrate our second birthday
party with Patrick Pulsinger & Vitalic - both put on great sets and the
atmosphere was heaving up the front - 'twas a proper underground feel in the
club. The night went off with a bang and both guests had an absolute great
time & loved playing and are sure to be back again before long. First up -
this Thursday down the club we will be exclusively selling tickets for the
mega mega Kne' Deep Party with DJ Rush & Marco Remus which goes off on
Thursday April 7th at the club. They will be on sale through the club this
week and on March 31st in order to make sure our regulars get a hold of
them. After this, any remaining tickets will be available from Selectah
Records.
This St. Patrick's Day sees us showcase some of the finest in homegrown
techno & electro talent at Electric City at Traffic and while we may not
have any free Tiger this week we have something even better in the form of
a free rocking electro mix CD from Luke Logan for the first 50 people
through the greeennn dawh. Kicking the evening off will be Mr. Rob Newman -
a longtime spinner at various nights around town such as Genius and also a
regular guest DJ on EC FM [Sundays 9-12 at www.powerfm.org] - Rob will be
playing some sweet warm techno and electro to help the green Guinness
settle.
Chymera a.k.a. Brendan Gregoriy is one of the best Irish producers around
right now - with a keen feel for melody and swiping Kate Bush samples his
releases are getting plaudits from all around and his debut vinyl 12" on
Invisible Agent has been flying off record shop shelves all across the land.
Recently he has transferred his live set-up to a hardware based show so this
will a killer full-on set with all-new tracks and some classics too.

Finishing up the nights entertainment with a bang will be Luke Logan of the
TechnoLogic crew who have put on some of the biggest & best techno events in
Dublin over the past couple of years. Luke is also one of Ireland's best
techno DJs with a cool hand busy on the decks approach of firing techno in
the style of Ben Sims, Chris Finke etc. This will be Luke's second time to
finish up down the club and is sure to be a firing finish to this most
patriotic of days.
