Once again, DJ Becka and techno label Gotham Grooves of NYC are back to bring you ‘Gotham City Radio’ on Livesets.com.
Airing every Saturday, from 12:00pm – 3:00pm EST(eastern standard time) 18:00 – 21:00 CET(central europan time). Alongside Becka's weekly tune selections, we will be featuring international and local guest dj's and performances for your enjoyment. Having gradually built his reputation as one of the most exciting new techno producers in the world today and with acclaimed releases on Mbelektronics, Iturnem, Zync, Ascend and most recently Primate, Preach finally unleashes a monster Latin themed techno workout on INTEC, charted No.2 on Mixmag Techno Reviews, thus making him as one of the fastest growing talents of 2004 and gaining the support of a variety of DJ's for his music accessibility and ability to create a party vibe.
Entering the DJ MAGAZINE TOP250 of 2004, Preach is touring the world constantly while accumulating his souvenirs and surprises to bring back to his Relic Studio where he intendeds to surprise his audience with bigger projects in the coming year. While he still holds his residency at the infamous ARIA after-hours club in Montreal, Canada, with a new vision to support the techno scene and attract new comers.
His latest tours - covering Europe and Latin America - prove he's a heavy weight dancefloor destroyer, with a unique style uncovering a blend of Techno with funk and groove, gaining his inspiration from his long time legend Carl Cox.
Preach’s production has been charted by a wide range of dj pioneers: Carl Cox, Paul Van Dyk, Chris Liebing, Mauro Picotto, Danny Howells, Green Velvet, Misstress Barbara, Ben Sims, Christian Smith, Michel De Hey and Marco V, just to name a few.
Preach has been named as the ‘Future DJ Heroes’ by reknown Misstress Barbara in the DJ MAGAZINE TOP 100 edition of 2003 and Marco V’s favourite Producer on ID&T MAGAZINE in 2003.
