i know people post these threads on an almost weekly basis, but i'm gonna post it again....

basically my budget is £100.
not worried about ins/outs etc as at the moment i have no hardware. just need something to stop those pesky VSTi's from skipping and juddering along

it needs to be shit hot as my computer sadly isnt and i'm not about to buy a new motherbaord and processers because i refuse to use anything less than a dual processor pc (like my current one)

its going to be hard witha budget of £100 to get one that takes the strain of your cpu, i'd recommend a m audio 24/96 in the sub £100 price range

yeah, I`d go for the m-audio 24/96, it`s so cheap at turnkey now, and for the money it really does the job
