What do you mean? Do you want to convert a flash 4 swf, to a fla for mx?? You can use a decompiler to do this, but it doesnt always work out good. Sothink do a pretty decent one - http://www.sothink.com/flashdecompiler/

yeah i want to convert a flash 4 animation [without any scripts] to mx file
