inspired by the techno forum

hi all,
i have just read a few posts in the techno forum on the subject of 3/4, 4/4 beats. this got me pretty interested. i never really think of music in this way. i always do it in terms of bars. ne1 else use this method. and does ne1 else sometimes mix in with the 5th note of the bar as opposed to the 1st???

I use bars, you can tell when a bar of 32 ends so It's easier In terms of droppin a tune.
