For those of you out there who are having problems with X.P and are thinking about formatting your H.D check this out....

I followed it all the way through and cant beleave the differance its made, it takes time to do but is well worth it. Now when I am running S.X it hardly ever drops out! yer sounds too good to be true but it is! 8) 8) 8)
