Didnt know he did dj sets.

He did a DJ set at the Novamute night at Herbal in Shoreditch a week last Saturday with Vogel and T Raumschmiere - he was on top form I'm told, and all for £4

Ableton again?

My source tells me he had 2 laptops, one running Ableton and one Logic plus an unidentified box.

Man I hope this doesn't mean he's going to head this route more often in the future. He's the reason I decided to move to playing live :(

I totally agree. He said in interviews that he only plays with hardware on stage. He doesn't trust any computer apparantly. That's untill he discovered ableton and it's versatility (like so many of us) ;)

he's been using ableton for an efx source during his live sets for a quite a while now.

@ danielmarshall - so what if he did move to djing now? what's he's done as a live PA performer, and therefore his influence on you, aren't somehow magically gone... are they?
