This week sees two of the best Irish DJs square up in an hour-on, hour-off
style at Electric City. Opening up the bout will be Tayor from Bodytonic -
the bestest house night in the land. With a series of wicked guests such as
Theo Parrish, Greg Wilson, DJ Deep and many more all racked up alongside the
quality selection of residents, Bodytonic @ Wax has been the destination of
choice for house music fanatics of all persuasion for many a year. Tayor has
also got Pogo @ POD up an running into one of the best nights in town on
Saturday nights and is a regular behind the decks at both these nights. This
will be his second appearance at Electric City so be sure to get down to
hear some hidden techno skeletons he 'borrowed' from stellar DJs at The
Kitchen 'back in the day' !
Finishing off the night we welcome back Electric City regular Barry Donovan.
Looking more like a member of the Thrills than a DJ, Barry has stole our sun
on his previous EC appearances with some blistering sets. Expect him to play
a tough blend of Italo and electro from the likes of Alden Tyrell, I-F and
Legowelt. Next month you can catch Barry back behind the controls when he
will be opening up for the one and only Dave Clake.
