recording sets....

ive just bought a tascam us 122 pc interface....and ive got my pc running cubase and that triggers my korg esx1 sampler....ive wrote a few tracks that use internal pc sound generators alongside my sampler....how can i record the full mixdown into my pc???

can i just connect my ouput from my mackie desk into the line in on my pc and record it in soundforge???

because you are running midi and pc audio you may have to much about with the midi delay I think to get proper sync
