The Ecolution EP produced by the DJ & Producer Timo Benz will be the second release on the recently started label Northbeatz Audio. Timo has already demonstrated his abilities with his "Gangbang EP" on Gangbang Records (sub-label of Decomplex Audio).The first track (A1) is called Ecolution #1. It develops its drive like a steam-engine. Step by step it turns into a really groovy and smashing Techno monster including modulated synthesizer lines. The track consists of a metallic
and hypnotic basement. In addition to this filter-effects and mini-breaks care for really exciting moments. Ecolution # 2 is something completely different. Tribal Sounds, Bongos and Ethnic Loops build up the base of the track. A kicking bassdrum and effect-breaks combined with a cool background are rounding off the audience´s impression. The B 1 effects a very similar, but slightly darker and straighter atmosphere. Some bongo sounds can be rather found in the background. There are also Detroit sounds which are from time to time lead by a modulated synthesizer line

Northbeatz Audio is a recently started Hardtechno-Label from the North of
Germany, concentrating first of all on the release of 12-Inch-Eps. Northbeatz wants to underline that not only the big-name artists are able to produce high-quality music. Because of that the label will focus on a new and ambitious generation of young artists apart from the distorted "Schranz" Movement.
