vibealite biggest pile of crap!

what can I say they closed the techno/gabba arena due to health and safety first dissapointment.

then supposibly there were a few of the dj's from the closed arena playing in the up and coming room the setup was ridiculous my nans house stereo sounds better it gets even better now the djs that supposed to be playing
dont turn up or were probally not even booked in the first place.

I suppose we got an hour set of the legend m zone top mixing tune selection as perusual and respect too the other djs scotty and andy techno + who ever else tried too play on the appauling system.
it took us
1 and a half hours too get there we get in there for 10 and leave at half one
basically we payed twenty two pounds for a crap night no security controlled car park no on site cash machines as said on the flyer so 1 of my mates has no money.

it was probally the biggest shambles I have ever seen they couldent even organise a piss up in a brewery it was basically false advertising

if this is true (and i'm not saying i don't believe you) i am so disappointed. i know the guys from vibelite personally and i swear to god, in my humble opinion i believe them to be sound guys who dont rip people off. all i can think is that they must have had a complete nightmare with sound restrictions or ticket sales or something perhaps and maybe cut back on a few things as a necessity. i dunno. i really don't.

you did pay alot of money for a ticket and you're totally justified in your comments. but there's got to be more behind this. :cry:

yeah as far as im aware Gary and the rest of the Vibealite crew aint the ripping of kind,very sound decent people imo

last night I was well pissed I mean I no how long vibealite have been going for so they gotta be doing something right but last night did not make a good first impression I will probally never go again!
thing is aswell I heard so many diffrent reasons why the room was closed I dont think anyone new what was going on.

1 reason was that health and safety closed down the techno room

2 the djs had canceld I mean I couldent see a whole room full of djs cancelling so they closed the arena

3 the dj's turned up but could not be arsed too play on the set up that was provided ?

even the new line up was wrong supposibly rage & deathmachine
were on at 12 twelve straight after m zone I mean mzone got us going and then we end up waiting in a cantine style bar for 2 hours listening to hardhouse waiting for rage and death machine too come on.

No sign of them then scotty and andy techno comes on thank god some decent music but too realy get the feel of hardstyle/hardtrance you need it loud you could barely hear the bass or the sound I mean the mc was louder than the music.

It would of been allright if I liked happyhardcore or hardhouse because these rooms were setup properly loud and a good light setup.

but when u pay £22 too hear techno/gabba/hardtrance you exspect too hear at least a few hours of it I mean ino I left early and there were probally dj's on but I could not get into the night after such a big dissapointment.

Anyways theres nothing you can do about it I just hope it was just a one off bad night and they sort it out for the future

yea i woz at vibealite last saturday n we travelled nearly 3 hrs to get there, woz dissapointed that gabber room shut as woz reason i went, then got told it opened at 2 oclock, i found it and woz hugely dissapointed in the system!!!! also i never found the outdorr chill out room, funfair rides, cash machine!, or many of the things they promised on the flyer!!! total dissapointment for my 22.50! plus i organised a coach n took 17 people down there n i woz promised a free ticket for my troubles n had to blag them for ages to get my ticket!!! the venue woz strange to say the least n i got lost a fair few times due to chemical intake!! mzone played a nice set n rocked the socks off all them cyber kids! i noticed a few of em leavin sayin it woz too hard!!! ha! wot techno we got woz ok. the only djs that actually played in the end were scotty n andy techno, alarm n revival, lee uhf n antacid, and tugie. tugie played a good set with a bitta scratchin. overall i woz dissapointed in the event hope they sort it out for next one or they r gonna end up gettin a bad name which would be a shame for such an established event

Major let down this one! I cant really say much else as most of it has allready been said! But what i will say is that the venue they picked was one of the most stupid places i have ever seen for holding a big event! The place was like a maze!! Took me a good hour to just get my bearings on the place! Not to mention the fact that it had some steep sprial stairs, coverd in water, that i nearly killed myself on a few times! And i dont take anythin! A major let down!! Sort it out Vibealite!

Yo Switchblade, It was me playin b2b with UHF!

The 'Species' arena was shut down by Health and safety at 11am on the saturday morning due to the room it was supposed to be in being the only route for people in the hardcore and DnB arenas to get out in the event of a fire. So it was deemed to much of a risk to have an actual room in there with the amount of people expected etc. To be fair there was nothing Vibealite could do about it!

The funfair/security patrolled car-park/cash machines stuff was a bit of a pisstake I agree!!!

And the sound system in the top room.............well I aint even gonna comment! :x
