Anyone interested in me posting 15mins of real breaks recorded by me in the studio with an 18yr old drummer called Ozzy?

they are unedited, but i have mixed them down a bit, all freeform. Recorded using a pearl drum kit and toms, snare etc, 2 AKG C3000's on the Overheads, a AKG D112 on the kick, an SM57 upside down under the snare, an SM58 dangling from the ceiling and a RODE NT2 on the room.

i uploaded em but cant remember the name i uppped em under :doh: ill take a look at me mates and post em here. They total 200meg. 44k 24bit under a bounce from a protools digi 001 and soundtracs solo logic desk.

let me know.

yeah, he aint the best in the world. But spent my time doing it for you.

Perhaps you might spend a bit of your time doing the same for me?

Don't get me wrong
I appreciate the offering
It is just that the whole allure to real drumming is that normally , it will groove. IF i was going to quantize a real drum loop , i might as well just make my own from scratch from the 20 or so dvd collection i have of real drum samples since neither will have that realistic groove.

sorry man

Thanks for the comments about my recording, its nice to hear things like that. I try and take pride in it.

sure, the drumming aint brilliant, but ozzy is 17 and noy exactly the best drummer in the land, however he was more than willing to put some of his hard work on the internet for free.

His drumming isnt bad, i think those are unfair comments, i dont know if you drum or not, i do alittle bit and know how damn hard it is.

Sure his groove isnt mature, but its honest and real. some bits are not worth using, but some bits are and i put them all up for you to use, if you choose not to use them its your right. i said they were unedited and i meant it.

I will only be using a few bits, i hope some are usefull to you, if not then thats life.

:)
