Woody,Gerrard,Beckham and Owen. That is class enough but also add Robinho, Ronaldo,Zidane,Carlos and that scares the shit out of me.

How ungrateful these players are! No-one can criticise foreign 'mercenaries' when english players act like this, several foreign players have shown more loyalty to Arsenal than he has to his home club! I hope he goes to Madrid... or comes to Arsenal, haha. Why'd you want him to go to Chelsea though??

Not that I think Lampard and Gerrard would make that good a partnership, they haven't been awe-inspiring for England even if they would have Makele behind him... I think he'd be better off at a team that plays more technical, attacking football though, so either Madrid or Arsenal! Be good for both parties if he went to either, Stevie could do with adding a bit of culture to his game and Madrid/Arsenal could do with someone with his determination, mental strength etc etc.

I'd certainly hope he wouldn't go to Man U though!

i will be gutted if he goes to madrid,i enjoy watchin him play and think he is the best midfielder in the world only because he has puled the weight of a whole team for at least 2 seasons, and his passing is 2nd to none ;)

I still wouldnt be suprised if united go for him.

I wouldn't mind seein him at Utd, but i don't think he would want to play for us, and i don't think the Kopites would want to let him go to Utd...

It would be cool though...

Bull shit they cant afford him,The signing of Park would give them enough money alone to be able to afford him.

He could end up at United he seems to have fallen out with alot of people at Liverpool so who knows.

If i was to bet,i'd bet on Madrid though

you cant help laughing at all the fans who thought that burning their "Gerrard" shirts outside Anfield was a good idea last night..... especially when you think about them cheering his goals next season in a rip-off £10 shirt they will now have to buy off some dodgy bloke in a local pub

sellin a few shirts in asia is hardly gonna raise 30+ mill.take a long time to earn that.

You reckon?

It's not only shirts they will sell, over there they are man u daft anyway just think what they will be like now.It was an inspired piece of business. At first i though the Glazers was a bad thing for man u but now im beginging to think they will take them back to the top.

The prices of tickets will go up but they still wont be as dear as Chelsea and maybe not even as bad as spurs.
