ARGGHH Whats goin on!

haven seen the flyers for 2 of the biggest underground events what the hell is happeinig is it all over for starters no hardtrance or techno or gabba at at slammin and there opening the rollers for ****in nukleus hard house what the hells goin on also fantasy island have got hard house dj's like leehaslam playin in the same arena as m-zone and uhf prolly the only proper hardtrance dj's in there is it all over for the big clubs goin commercial no where good too go newyear arggghh

I see what you mean, but the trouble is when you have to fill a venue with 1000's of people you need to have a few big name DJ's ( When i say 'big names' I mean Dj's that everbody has heard of, mainly more comercial dj's such as lee haslem ) to get people to go who are not as into the scene as we are. I might be wrong in saying that but thats the way it seems to me. As for hard house, some of it is quite comercial but some of the production side of things from poeple like bk & kirim are very good I find. I Used to play a fair bit of ' Hard house ' upstairs at the country club and it used to go off up there. My mates used to say hard house was crap, but they loved it when myself & also Andy-m used to play it up there. I prefer to call it hard dance as when you say 'hard house' they think of comercial old stuff that the larger boyz love to dance to.

i no glazby-bk are quite good but these events were the ones that were for the underground your sayin they need too fill the event but they havent even got any {Hardtrance/Techno/Gabba} at all not even one dj

I go slammin all the time and this is realy bad i go becuase half my frends love the drum and bass and the other half hardtrance.

so it was the perfect place too go to but now they got nothin last slammin was luckin realy fresh scottb neophyte lab 4 etc but now not one of em are there fasttrack is just now pure cheese just happy hardcore which is terrible bringback the technodrome anythin that promotes the underground not -hard dance - hard house

Fantasy Island had 8 rooms at disposal and they couldn't even find space for a hardcore techno / gabba room ??!!!



I was well gutted they didn't have one.

all about the ££££££££ mate. Gabba aint as popular is at was 5/6 years ago and obviously these big promoters want as much cash as possible, hence why there is a big hard house influence at both of those events.

but me & kaine have both been told to bring extra records n phones so we can fill in for no shows etc...



so dont be surprised if theres some 'accidents' and i get in there. ahaha
