Speedfreak has been on point again recently. I don't have the record myself so I don't have much information on it (think the track was called Devastator or something), but this one particular release was really solid. The more memorable sample took the hook from the title track from "Ghost in the Shell." Kinda sounds like the evolution of what Hellfish and Radium were doing for awhile.

he's quite a legend isnt he. Hes got a good ep on Pacemaker out very soon.

Hes got some mad skillz but with the output he puts out i find the majority sounds cheap over the last year or 2, either that or filtered bouncey disco core heh.

quite a list on discogs though :)

Sorry, Mark. Heard this at a friend's pad. I'll see if I can scare up an mp3 though. I didn't think this one sounded "cheap" at all, Teknoist, but I know what you're saying in some respects. This one was ****ing solid though. I remember it mainly because I was really ****ing surprised when I found out it was Speedfreak. First "new" hardcore tracks I've heard in awhile that actually got me moving and reminded me why I liked the sound so much. It had the energy that so many other releases seem to be lacking nowadays and the soundquality was tight.
