Yesterday at plasa, I stood infront of approx 9k rig built out of the following gear and I shit you not, I thought the end had come...

This is a serious beast and crazy new speaker technology...

that paraflex 640 cab is designed for hammering out kick drums (60-150Hz) with loads of impact...

Based on some kinda piston driven system rather than your conventional driver... Tasty gear

Think the shows still on till wed... Am thinking about taking a CD down with some bad ass bass... When I rock, DK8, Mr Sliff and some other speaker tearing tunes to see what it can really do on the low end...

Any suggestions for better bass test material in a techno stylee?

Agreed was nice system but needed to be tested in a bigger space.
The tracks rog played had a good kick but not a real fat bassline which would have been good to hear.
Funktion 1 room had some jungle playing and had a twin 18" beast which went deep and sounded sweet.
