Here we go,

When importing midi data from Logic on a Mac to my pc laptop with ableton on it there's a slight problem that allways occurs. Let's say the exported midi clips start at 37 bars for example. In Logic I select them, bounce them on to a usb-stick as midi-file and load them on to my laptop. If I open them the first 36 bars doesn't contain data. Is there any other way than taking your midiclips onto the first bar of your sequencer.
If the midi data starts at 176 or so it's very hard to do some editing in ableton. Ok, you can change the start and all but if the clip is long the navigation can be a real pain.
I know this has nothing to do with ableton, logic or mac-pc because this problem has occured in the past as well with different programs.
Any suggestions ?
