heard it on a mark eg tape from about a month ago and starts with a tune with a sample saying 'Bass from outer space'

Any ideas?

nope that aint the 1, its just says 'from outer space' the one im looking for says 'bass from outer space'

even worse than dj alligator recording such memorable vocals such as,
