If so, then it confirms my suspicion the tracks are labelled up wrong...

Never mind - easily sorted out.

Both tracks quality nontheless. The Amadeus one, particularly.

what do people think to a release like this? a techno track on one side and a breakcore kinda track on the other.. is the techno track strong enough on its own to appeal to people who dont like breakcore but like techno or visa versa?

It would be a good reason for me to start accumulating some breakcore!

(Not that I should need one).

I think both trax can stand on their own.. I'd buy it for the Jeff side alone.. The other isn't bad either, even tho it's not quite my cup..

To be honest, I tend to prefer it when the two sides of a record are distictly different styles...

It feels like better value for money, however false that may be.

I'll buy a record for a single track, so it really don't bother me what the other tracks are.

I think if it encourages labels to stop using filler tracks then wicked.

i think its a good idea, opens up the release to 2 different crowds and if they are purchasable stand alone tracks then i can see this doing well
