Ah yes this has been discussed before.
I even went on a google-trek to find all the parts to make one a couple years ago... but came up short when finding a magnetic-base. The one they made the prototype from came from some children's game.
I could make my own but haven't gotten around to it yet. Their pdf whitepaper is a good read though.
