Taribo West, who signed just before the start of the season for Argyle, has recently had his contract terminated. It was wierd to see such a massive player signing for Argyle after staying up in the Championship. It turns out that he was given a £100,000 signing on fee. I've heard, through the grape vine, that documents cocerning his real age have come to the Plymouth Argyle board that proves/suggests (unsure!) that West is in fact 39 years old! I've heard before that in Arfican countries there is of course no official docuemnts for date of birth and that sometimes it can be sketchy to believe or be certain that person is the age they claim they are. I remember when Cameroon had a 16 year old score around the time of the World Cup 98 and they were saying its a younger person that Owen to score at International level, however is really 16?
