Copying adress folders

Is there any way of copying an entire folder with email adressses together with the info in outlook. I need to transfer my folder onto my other pc and I don't want to be typing all those names.

yes there is. its easy as well but i cant remember how to do it as only use outlook at work and i'm at home with thunderbird
