Call me thick but my real player on my work machine is playing music too fast, I tried listening to some techno mixes i've listened too before but they are playing way too fast....anyone know what that's all about??? I've looked at settings and stuff but can't fathem it.

U either have a wav file that's at a different rate than cd (44.1 khz)... or your soundcard is running at a diferent rate and want recognise the new rate by himself..

Hope this helpz.. i dont use mp that much!!

simplest solution - delete real player! damn, i hate that program.. is it actual RM files playing too fast, or is it MP3 .. if MP3, then use Winamp or summin else to play...
if RM, there is a bit in "preferences-->hardware-->soundcard,settings" about playback speeds etc...

cheers for advice folks.....I've got winamp now but it is still playing music too fast, so basically any files, MP3, RM play too fast on my computer... it's my work machine don't have a home one so not too sure about what soundcard etc.....maybe I should ask the technician when he's about but was hoping to avoid that....bloody annoying though, every techno set sounds like it's played with records at +30 or something!! almost listenable but not quite, totally takes the groove out of it......
stuck with shit communal radio for a bit i reckon :(

Is there any other program that plays RM files???
